Hi, there!
Dora, I'm so pleased to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this November. It's a great time to kick off the
holiday season!
As a mom of three, I've traveled to the theme parks multiple times with a toddler who is in the process of potty training, so I completely understand your niece's concern. She'll be happy to know that there is a toddler-sized toilet in every
Baby Care Center. Each theme park has a conveniently located Baby Care Center, so she'll be able to get her daughter to a toddler-friendly restroom no matter where you're spending your pixie-dusted day! I recommend planning a trip to the Baby Care Center about every two hours. This should give your niece's daughter plenty of opportunities to use the potty! You can certainly carry a portable toilet seat with you into the theme parks, but I personally think it would be a bit of a bother to travel with.
I have a few additional potty-training tips for your family's upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Be sure your niece packs a few changes of clothes in her park bag for her little girl. She'll want to have a clean outfit on hand if her princess has an accident! It's also wise to pack a few Ziploc bags. These come in handy for storing messy toddler clothing. If the change in routine on vacation is just too much for your niece's daughter, rely on Pull-Ups until your family is back home. Sometimes it's just better to throw in the towel so everyone can enjoy their magical stay! Pull-Ups can be purchased from the Baby Care Centers or the gift shop of any Disney Resort hotel.
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Dora. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have!
