Hi! My niece and nephew are going to Disney and their parents (my sister) already purchased their tickets as part of a package. Using my FL Resident discount, can I go add Park Hopper to my niece and nephew w/ FL discount rate at Guest Relations?

    Hi there, Holly!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing us your excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. It sounds like you're counting down the days until a fun-filled family trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! The only thing better than a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is experiencing it alongside the people you love. I'd be happy to help you understand your family members' theme park ticket options!

Holly, I think it's wonderful that you're hoping to generously share your Florida resident discount with your niece and nephew. Typically, Florida residents may sprinkle a little pixie dust by extending their special offers to family members under the age of 18. However, theme park tickets purchased as part of a vacation package must be the same type and length for all Guests on the Disney Resort hotel reservation. Since Florida resident discounts cannot be shared among adults, unfortunately, you will not be able to share this special offer with your niece and nephew at this time. Additionally, the only way to add the Park Hopper option to your niece's and nephew's tickets would be to add the option (at a rate not discounted for Florida residents) for all Guests on the Resort hotel reservation.

There's never been a more exciting time to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth, Holly! Right now, the EPCOT Festival of the Arts is taking place, connecting Guests to colorful culinary creations and experiences throughout the World Showcase. Ahead of your visit, I encourage you to check out the Disney Eats: Foodie Guide for the Food Studios located throughout the theme park. Also, be sure to view the show schedule for the DISNEY ON BROADWAY performances happening during your visit!

I hope you've found this information helpful, Holly. I wish you a magical and memorable Walt Disney World Resort vacation with your family! You're always welcome to revisit us at planDisney with any additional vacation planning questions you may have. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Warm wishes,
