    My niece missed our last Disney trip due to Covid. I was told her ticket is good for a year. Is that a year from the purchase date, or a year from the scheduled trip?

    I'm so sorry to hear that your niece had to miss your last Disney trip due to COVID! I hope she's doing well now and is healthy and safe. Just so you know, Mickey's team of health and safety experts are monitoring the conditions throughout the Disneyland Resort, and are updating the COVID-19 health and safety protocols accordingly!

    While I don't have the magic needed to see the details regarding your niece's Theme Park Tickets (I wish I did!), I can help walk you through the steps to find out the expiration date. First, your niece will need to open up her Disneyland Mobile App, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, and select "Tickets and Passes". She should see her ticket there with the expiration date. If the tickets are not showing up, or if the expiration date is not visible, she can try giving the Disneyland Resort Tickets line a call or try the chat feature in the Disneyland Mobile App where she can connect with Cast Members and get help.

    I truly hope your niece can find another time to visit the Disneyland Resort! The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, is taking place from March 4, 2022 to April 26, 2022. That would be a great time to visit, as the food, beverages, and entertainment in past events have been amazing!
