Suzette from NY Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

My niece lives in FL, can she buy me a park pass? I am not a FL resident.

    Hi there, Suzette!

Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with your question.

At the moment, the only annual pass available, the Disney Pixie Dust Pass, is for Florida residents only. As a Florida resident, your niece technically would be able to purchase an annual pass for you; however, you would need your own proof of Florida residency (like a Florida government-issued ID with a Florida address or Florida-based military ID) when the annual pass is activated at Guest Relations at any of the four theme parks or at Disney Springs.

I suggest that your family takes a look at the current Special Offers, Deals & Discounts offered at Walt Disney World Resort. You may find a deal that perfectly suits your family. Also, keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog, so that you’re among the first to know if and when annual passes for out-of-state visitors become available again.

Nothing is better than frequently spending time at the Most Magical Place on Earth with your special, loved ones. So, please revisit us with any further Disney vacation planning questions. I’m sending pixie dust your way, Suzette!

    Magic always,
