    My niece is going to Be Our Guest lunch with us, & she is allergic to almost everything. Will a chef come talk to us before we order, or can I make substitutions on the app? She can have grilled chicken & vegetables but not potatoes/peanut oil ect.

    You and your niece are going to love Be Our Guest Restaurant!  It is one of my favorite places to dine at the Walt Disney World Resort.  This restaurant is almost like an attraction itself!  When I set foot inside the Grand Ballroom, I truly feel as if I have been magically transported inside the movie, Beauty and the Beast

    Like all Walt Disney World Resort dining establishments, the Cast Members at Be Our Guest Restaurant are committed to providing all of their guests with a delicious and safe dining experience.  The Walt Disney World Resort is wonderful at accommodating various food allergies and dietary needs.  Before your trip, I would recommend contacting Walt Disney World Resort's Special Dietary Requests at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com to discuss accommodations for your niece's specific allergies.  It is also a good idea to discuss any food allergies or dietary needs with a Cast Member when you arrive at each dining location.  Please also note that you are always welcome to bring your own snacks from home into the theme parks with you.

    Be Our Guest Restaurant is unique in that it gives guests with breakfast or lunch reservations the option to preorder their meals up to 30 days in advance using the My Disney Experience mobile app.  This can be a great way to save a little time during a busy day at Magic Kingdom Park, however, you do not have to order in advance.  In my experience, there really isn't a way to note substitutions when pre-ordering on the app.  However, a Cast Member will review your pre-order with you when you arrive at Be Our Guest Restaurant.  At that time, you may make any necessary modifications to your order and note any substitutions.

    If you wish to order in advance, you could simply modify your order once you arrive at Be Our Guest Restaurant and speak with a Cast Member about your niece's allergy.  Another option would be to simply wait until you arrive and speak with a chef before placing your order.  No matter what process you use for ordering at Be Our Guest Restaurant, I think you'll find that a meal here is never second best.  So go on unfold your menu, take a glance and then you'll be our guest.  Oui, our guest.  Be our guest!
