Hi! My niece is a Florida resident and will be joining us for part of our trip. We are coming to DW for 13 days from New Hampshire. Can Florida residents purchase the dining plan.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Everett!

It sounds like you have a magical vacation planned. The Disney Dining Plans are exclusively offered to only those Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. If you are planning to add a Dining Plan to your resort reservation, then the plan will cover all Guests staying in your room for the length of your stay. Only those Florida Residents who are staying at a Disney hotel are eligible to purchase one of the Disney Dining Plans. I hope this helps to clarify. Please visit us again should you have other questions.

    Have a magical day!
