    Hi Nick, I am trying to make my park reservations for our trip in August. I am only able to make 5 park reservations. We are DVC members and Annual Passholders. We also have resort reservations. Do you know why I cannot make more than 5? 14 day stay.

    As a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member, I'm happy to welcome you to planDisney.  It might seem far away, but your August Walt Disney World Resort vacation is going to be here before you know it.  Since you'll get to experience all the excitement of The World's Most Magical Celebration during your visit, I'm glad to hear that you're already thinking about your Disney Park Pass reservations –– that way you won't miss a moment of the festivities!  I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble making theme park reservations, but I'm happy to help you troubleshoot the process so you can get back to planning your upcoming stay.

    In general, the number of Disney Park Pass reservations you can make varies by Annual Pass tier.  Depending on the type of Pass you have, you'll be able to hold between three and five theme park reservations at a time on a rolling basis.  However, as a Guest of a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you're entitled to a little extra pixie dust –– in addition to your standard allotment of Annual Pass reservations, you'll also be able to make theme park reservations for the length of your stay.  But to receive that "extra scoop" of Disney Park Pass reservations,  you'll need to make sure you're selecting the button that says "Book Park Reservations for Hotel Guest" on the Annual Pass reservation page –– if you select the button that says "Book Park Reservation", you'll only be able to book your standard Annual Pass allotment (which is what I suspect might be happening for you).  If you still can't book more than five reservations after selecting the Hotel Guest option, I suggest giving V.I.Passholder Support a call at (407) 939-7277 to speak with a Cast Member who can further assist you.

    Before you arrive, you'll also want to download your new Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card for access to all your Member Benefits during your visit.  You can download your card by creating a new Disney MagicMobile pass for your smartphone in the My Disney Experience mobile app.  If you'd like more details about the download process, I recently shared the steps for downloading your new Membership Card with another Guest –– be sure to check it out for more information!
