Hello, Sherry! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Every time I visit, I am surprised at the amazing variety of healthy food offered at restaurants at the Disneyland Resort. One restaurant that immediately came to mind when thinking of vegetarian options and items good for kids was
Wine Country Trattoria which offers delicious Italian dishes and wonderful wine pairings. Kids can create their own pasta dishes and you might enjoy the Spaghetti Aglio Olio which is noodles tossed with veggies, garlic, and chili flakes in a lemon oil.
Another option is
Catal. They have a large variety of salad options that can be ordered without meat and the kids can pick from a hot dog, steak, or macaroni among other things. Check out this
fact sheet on vegetarian and vegan options at the Disneyland Resort for more ideas.
If you are visiting during the Holidays, then I definitely recommend that you try several of the
Festive Food Marketplace Kiosks. These different food stands offer small bites to eat and tasty beverages. If you pick up a Festival of Holidays Tasting Passport, it clearly designates which options are vegetarian and which are great picks for kids.
Finally, don't hesitate to speak to a chef at any table service restaurant to discuss the vegetarian options available, they are happy to help. I hope you have a wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
