Hi, we will be there next week. Do you have scooters or wheelchairs for disabled guest. Also, do you offer handicap access on your attractions.

    Hi Stella! Welcome to planDisney!

Are you counting down the days until your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins? I always do and being in the "single digits" is a huge milestone in my vacation countdown. You will be there before you know it!

Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs or scooters) and wheelchairs are available to rent daily at all four of the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs (subject to availability)! There are also outside vendors that offer these rentals which is helpful if you want to reserve one in advance or will need it outside of the theme parks. ScooterBug is currently the Disney Featured Provider and their contact information can be found at the link I included above.

Guests using a wheelchair or ECV will either wait in the Standby queue line, a separate line for  ECVs and wheelchairs, or you will be given a return time for attractions by a Cast Member at the queue entrance which will minimize your wait times in the actual line. Each attraction varies, so it is best to see a Cast Member at the entrance. They are happy to direct you based on that specific attraction's protocols!

I hope this helps prepare you for your vacation, Stella! Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello all! I'm a happily married, proud mom to two young children, and I love to plan trips to Walt Disney World Resort. One of my favorite things about taking a Disney Parks vacation is that there is always something new and wonderful to discover, no matter if this is your first trip or if you visit multiple times per year. I'm excited to help you plan your next adventure!
