Hi! On our next visit to WDW we are planning to stay at Beach Club Villas. We know that you need a wristband to use Stormalong Bay, but we might have two people with us who are staying at a different resort. Will they be asked to leave?

    Hello there, Wendi!

Thanks for popping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about visiting Stormalong Bay at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts.

Congratulations on selecting an outstanding place to stay.  Disney's Beach Club Villas were recently refurbished. The result?  Truly luxe accommodations which still maintain that "Disney feel."  The location can't be beat with amazing proximity to Epcot Theme Park, The Boardwalk and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

I am glad you asked the question about access to Stormalong Bay.  Upon entering the pool area, Guests are asked to present their MagicBands.  Any Guest without a valid MagicBand will be denied admittance to the pool area.  Stormalong Bay is likely the most popular resort pool on property, and as a result, verifying admittance criteria is a must in order to keep the area exclusive the Guests staying at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts.

I hope this helps, and I hope you have the most wonderful vacation!

    Magically yours in 2018,

    Jacqui C.
