On our next visit my DVC family will have AP vouchers. We will arrive at Poly, activate APs & purchase TIW, then eat dinner at Ohana. Where is our most convenient location to take care of AP/TIW. Is it the Guest Services actually in Magic Kingdom?

    Hi Tabitha,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. My family loves the Tables in Wonderland program! With a 20% discount on so many dining locations at Walt Disney World, it offers a fantastic savings on meals at Walt Disney World. And how great to use it for the first time at 'Ohana, which offers delicious food and great fun for the whole family.

You can both activate your Annual Passes and purchase Tables in Wonderland at any Guest Relations location. From Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, I think that your instinct is correct, that Magic Kingdom would be the best place to do this. There are Guest Relations locations both inside and outside of Magic Kingdom, so you should be able to take care of both at one window outside of the theme park if you wish. From Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, you can take either a boat or the monorail to Magic Kingdom to get these tasks done.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Tabitha! Have a great time planning your magical vacation, and please do let us know if you have any further questions.
