On our next trip, we've already decided to do CRT for breakfast. We like character dining but think that one or two is enough. However, we love Tusker House. Should we wait and go for dinner, or do a character breakfast or lunch? Thanks! :)

    Hi Mariah!

I definitely agree with you!  We only schedule one or two character meals on each of our vacations. It can be too overwhelming if we try to do more than two.

I always recommend scheduling Character Dining Experiences for breakfast for several reasons.  First, breakfasts are typically less expensive than other meal times.  We pocket the savings to put towards other fun experiences in the parks.  Second, starting our day out with a big breakfast ensures we're all fueled up and ready to go.  We've found the mornings we eat a big breakfast, we're all in a better mood and spend less money on snacks and other meals throughout the rest of the day.  Third, there's nothing more magical than starting out your morning having breakfast with your favorite Disney characters!  It really sets the mood for our day and gets everyone excited to head out to the parks and have fun!  Also, if your kids are morning people like ours are, character breakfasts are the best time to ensure we get great photos and the kids really enjoy themselves. They aren't as eager by the time dinnertime rolls around and they've had a full day in the parks.

I hope this helps you decide on your Tusker House meal time, Mariah.  We're so glad you came to see us today and hope you stop back again real soon.
