Next trip to WDW planned the week after Thanksgiving. Hoping to see some new development in Fantasyland. Any idea on when Be Our Guest Restraunt opens or when it will be available to book dining reservations for it? Also, crowd level for the week? Thanks!

    Hi Joshua,

I cannot tell you how excited I am about the new Be Our Guest Restaurant!

All we know at the moment is that the restaurant is due to open in time for the Holidays 2012.

According to the Disney Parks Blog post from 17 July 2012, the most updated information which is available about openings at the New Fantasyland at the moment is as follows:-
    • Holidays 2012: Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid, Enchanted Tales with Belle, Be Our Guest Restaurant, Gaston’s Tavern, and Ariel’s Grotto
    • 2013: Princess Fairytale Hall (meet-and-greet area)
    • 2014: Seven Dwarfs Mine Train attraction
I would recommend that you subscribe to the Disney Parks Blog to ensure that you receive all the latest information on the New Fantasyland area of the Magic Kingdom Theme Park including the Be Our Guest restaurant.

According to the crowd calender on the unofficial website Touring Plans, the crowd levels will range from 2 out of 10 to 6 out of 10 the week after Thanksgiving with most days being 2 out of 10 so the Disney Parks shouldn't be too crowded at all.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
