Hi Janet! Yikes, you are talking about a lot of transportation and area to cover.
You will need to hop on the Pop Century bus at
Typhoon Lagoon to get back to your resort. I would try to leave the water park no later then 1pm that day so be sure and get there when it opens in the morning to get enough time doing all the water rides. These buses also make stops at Disney Springs. Since there are no resort to resort transportation options you will need to get on a park bus at Pop Century and when you reach the park transfer to a Fort Wilderness bus. This can all take a great deal of time so consider starting out around 2:30. Unless you are very lucky you will need to pad the time for waiting for buses to arrive.
When you reach Fort Wilderness you will get off the bus and then hop on the internal orange bus which will take you to the other end of the resort where Pioneer Hall is located. You will see the
Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue check in area at that location.
If you choose to head to the Magic Kingdom to make the resort transfer you will look for the Fort Wilderness boat directly in front of the entrance to the park. There are no buses to the resort from the Magic Kingdom, as it is only via the boats.
So....if all this seems confusing and time consuming then I can suggest you order taxis or uber transportation which will be much quicker. They will still not be able to get you to the back of Fort Wilderness and Pioneer Hall so you will have to take the internal bus once you reach the Fort but it is a little less complicated then depending on Disney transportation for the entire journey!
