Next trip, my mother will fly out at early at noon, DME appointment in the 9AM range. She'd really like to join us for a nice final breakfast, but we're staying at CBR and we'd love to do BOMA. Possible to make it back from a 7:30? Or DME from AKL instead?

    Hi John,

Let me answer your second question first. Disney's Magical Express will only pick you up from your own resort. You can't schedule a pick up from a different resort or from a theme park.

Now to the first part of your question ... It *might* be possible to have a 7:30 BOMA reservation reservation and get a 9:00 Magic Express pickup at the Caribbean Beach Resort, but there are so many variables involved that it makes nervous. To make it work, several things would have to happen:

    - You should be at least 15 minutes early for breakfast so that you're among the first guests seated at the restaurant.
    - You should plan to be completely finished eating within 45 minutes. In fact, if you're not getting alcohol or other add-ons, I'd ask for the check almost immediately upon arrival. They'll let you stay as long as you need to eat, but you have to wait to pay at the end.
    - You MUST drive or take a cab back to CBR. There is no way to take Disney's free transportation and have it get you there on time. If a cab is involved, ask the Bell Services desk to order it for you in advance.

Personally, I'm not sure I'd do it, but if you're a daredevil, give it a shot. Worst case scenario is that you miss the DME pickup and get a cab to take her to the airport.

    Good luck!
