Is there any news about Disneyland Dining reservations after Sept. 28th? I'm planning a Bachelorette trip & will be in Disneyland on Sept. 29th. I'm hoping to make premium dining reservations for my group to view Fantasmic from River Belle.

Greetings, Erica, and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so excited to help you plan a magical bachelorette party at the Happiest Place on Earth!

I spoke with a Cast Member at Disney Dining recently about this very issue, and was told that some breakfast and dinner reservations hadn’t opened up yet since Park Hours hadn’t been updated. However, I have good news -- it looks like September 29, 2019 is now available for online reservations! I checked for a party of four and found several openings for the Fantasmic! Dining Package at River Belle Terrace that evening. I also love your idea to upgrade to the premium 8:00 PM seating for an additional fee per Guest. This way, your group can enjoy their meals while watching the first performance of Fantasmic! right from your seats on the outdoor patio… this sounds like such a magical experience! To do this, you’ll need to call Disney Dining directly at (714) 781-3463 (DINE) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM daily.

One of my favorite ways to unwind with my girlfriends at the Disneyland Resort is by grabbing drinks at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel. To get there from Disneyland Park, simply board the Disneyland Monorail from Tomorrowland station, and ride to the Downtown Disney District station. The Disneyland Hotel is a short walk from there. You’ll find Trader Sam’s just above the hotel pools. Not only are the drinks delicious (the Piranha Pool is my favorite!) but the atmosphere is top-notch! Sitting outside on the terrace, amidst tiki torches and a live acoustic duo, transports me into vacation mode, and I love it!

Another fun idea for celebrating the bride-to-be is making a reservation for Oga’s Cantina in a galaxy far, far away. This lively watering hole is a fun spot to discuss your group’s latest smuggling mission aboard Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run, while plotting your next adventure in Batuu.

And for the perfect way to end your fabulous Disney day, I recommend grabbing a delicious ice cream sundae at Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street, U.S.A. The Firehouse Mint Chip Sundae is a dream! Plus, you can Mobile Order here using the Disneyland app, which is a big time-saver.

Please stop by with any additional questions as you continue planning… I’m all EARs!
