A warm welcome from all of us at planDisney to you, Kayla. It sounds like you might be thinking about taking your stay at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa to a whole other level (club-level that is), and I love to hear it.
It was so exciting to see the
news last year that the hotel would be getting a second club-level lounge near the already existing Veranda concierge lounge. While we don't have an exact opening date just yet, I recommend continuing to check
Disney Parks Blog for any news and updates. The last update we received shared that the space was slated to open sometime in 2026. We're nearly halfway through the year, so let's hope we hear some magical news soon! The good news is that The Veranda remains open at this time for club-level guests to enjoy during their stay at the Grand Californian.
There's so much
summer fun to be had at the Disneyland Resort. If you happen to be staying at the Grand Californian, or any of the Disneyland Resort hotels for that matter, you can join in on the fun of a summer pool party. The hotels are hosting these parties on select days starting July 2nd through Labor Day weekend. There will be Cast Members on deck twice a week to play games and dance to music, and you might even see a character stop by!
