    Will the newly refurbished Boardwalk one bedroom villas have a Murphy pull down bed verses the old pull out sofa?

    Thank you for bringing your question to us at planDisney. How exciting that you have an upcoming vacation at Disney's BoardWalk Villas! I'm sure you're ready to run, not (board)walk, to Walt Disney World Resort. I always feel that there is something extra-magical about staying in a newly refurbished Disney Resort hotel. Even if the refurbishments are not fully completed before your arrival, Leanne, you're sure to love the updates you encounter. In case you are curious, my planDisney pal Tiffany shared the estimated timeline for the refurbishment here. Regarding your specific inquiry, I just spoke with a helpful Cast Member who confirmed that the newly refurbished 1-Bedroom Villas have indeed replaced their sleeper sofas with pull-down beds. This space-saving day-to-night transition will surely feel like magic!

    My husband and I enjoyed a stay in a 1-Bedroom Villa at Disney's BoardWalk Villas with some dear friends last year and were amazed at how spacious it was for four adults. We loved how it was walkable from the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival allowing us to enjoy a quick evening dip/slide in the pool before heading to enjoy the entertainment and dining (one of us was especially partial to the Pizza Window) available on Disney's BoardWalk. With so many options, I hope you take the opportunity to enjoy all that the resort has to offer during your vacation!
