    Where on the new website can one find their package billing, payments made, and balance due on there reservation package account?

    Hi there, Dennis!

    I know it can be a little confusing on the newly re-designed website to find the things we've all been used to seeing in certain places for many years. Rest assured, there is still the option for you to view and make payments on your upcoming vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort.

    Simply go to the the Walt Disney World website and log in. Once you're logged in, click on "My Disney Experience" over in the upper right-hand corner. When you see the drop-down menu, just choose "My Reservations". You may see the following message:

    "We are in the process of updating our systems and need to migrate any reservations you had on our previous site to our new site. Let's get started and move your resort and dining reservations to My Disney Experience. This may take several minutes."

    You'll just need to enter in your Resort reservation confirmation number. Once your reservation is retrieved, you'll see a link to "Make a Payment". If you have any trouble at all, please check out the Technical Help - Frequently Asked Questions for assistance.
