    With the new web site I can't find out what hours at each park and what performances at Epcot are happening on the days when we will be there.I want to know these so I can plan our days at all the parks in advance of us arriving.

    Hi there Susan,

    As you have probably noticed, there are many new and exciting changes taking place on the Walt Disney World website as they are implementing a whole new feature, "My Disney Experience."  The new site has been rolling out in phases, and you are unfortunately, not the only one who has had issues.  The good news is that the new site is going to be absolutely amazing and all of the glitches should be fixed in no time!

    In the meantime, be sure that you have created an account on the new site...even if you have previously had a Disney.com account.  You can use the same log in information as before.  Once you have logged in, you should be able to see the content.  If it still doesn't work, for a quick fix, you could search the content of an unofficial fan site such as AllEars.net to find the information you seek!  I would also recommend contacting tech support via the homepage link to let them know you're having difficulties!
