Welcome to planDisney, David! Thanks so much for asking this great question. There's nothing quite like a vacation to
visit Disney Parks!
You are bringing back fond memories for me! There used to be an annual pass called Premier Passport which allowed access to both
Walt Disney World Resort and
Disneyland Resort. While it was such a fun annual pass to have, unfortunately, it no longer exists and at this time, there is no official news that it will return. In general, annual passes have become very popular for the theme parks on both coasts.
At this time,
Walt Disney World Annual Passes have been paused with the exception of the
Disney Pixie Dust Pass for Florida residents. At Disneyland Resort, the
Magic Key Program has some annual passes available, however, some are currently sold out. The
Enchant Key is available, as of this moment. The
Imagine Key is also available at this time for Southern California residents living in zip codes 90000 to 93599.
I would recommend staying tuned to
Disney Parks Blog for the latest news about the sale of annual passes. It's fun to visit the magic often with an annual pass, but I hope you will still consider visiting without one! When you're ready to plan a vacation to either Disney World or Disneyland, I hope you will stop by
planDisney again with your questions. We're always happy to help!
Smiles,
Lisa
