New here! :) Traveling from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando this weekend with our 2 year old! Any inside tips with a toddler?

    Hello Melissa,

Welcome to the Moms Panel website! We're happy to have you visit!

I've traveled with a toddler so know you can have a successful trip. Pace yourself to your child's schedule. Take a quick trip back to your Resort for midday breaks. And don't pressure yourself to close the Parks at night and head back earlier in the evenings to enjoy the amenities at the hotel. Don't be afraid to use a stroller. Disney has them available for rent or you can bring your own into the Parks.

Magic Kingdom is perhaps my favorite Park to take toddlers. There is so much to do and see. There's Dumbo, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, It's a Small World, Jungle Cruise, and of course, you can now meet Mickey Mouse at the Town Square Theatre.

I hope this helps. And I hope you have a magical trip with your little one. Say hi to Mickey and the gang for me!

Meet the Panelist: Monina, Ohio

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
