This has to do with the new ticket system. If I buy a multiday pass to use in June of 2019, 60 days out, and something unforeseen happens that forces me to cancel my trip, then what? Do I lose the $300+ I paid for these tickets?

    Hi Toni!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm glad you are planning on visiting Walt Disney World Resort next year. There are so many amazing new attractions, entertainment events and Character Experiences headed to the theme parks for Guests to enjoy and we don't even know about all of the new things that will be offered next summer! Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog so you can get information about the new offerings at Walt Disney World Resort as your vacation dates approach.

Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets recently moved to date-based tickets, so you will need to select your vacation dates when you are purchasing your tickets. Unfortunately, Walt Disney World Resort tickets are non-refundable. However, if your vacation plans change, you are able to change to your ticket dates prior to midnight Eastern Time of the date of your ticket's first use. You will simply need to pay the difference between the original price of your tickets and the new tickets you will need for your new vacation dates. For more information about how the new theme park tickets work, you can check out the Ticket Guide, which includes some really helpful information about the new theme park tickets.

Please let us know if there are any additional questions we can help you with as you continue planning your magical vacation! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
