Is the new Soarin in Epcot ok for a 6 year old?

    Hi, Veronica!

Soarin' takes guest on a breathtaking tour of the World! You will see such iconic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal, and end up back in the good old USA.

Guests must be 40 inches tall to ride Soarin' in Epcot. As long as your child meets the height requirement, he/she is able to ride! This attraction is nor recommended for anyone with a fear of heights as the gliders will lift you quite high for a bird's eye view of the massive screen before you. However, if heights are not a problem, then this is truly an enjoyable attraction.

While each guests gets their own seat with a seatbelt, you can sit right next to your child, so you can easily grab a hand if needed. The flight takes about 5 minutes, and FastPass+ is available to help you "fly" though the line!

Soarin' is located in The Land pavilion of Epcot. The Land is also home to the wonderful The Garden Grill restaurant with hosts Chip and Dale. Meals here are served family-style while the restaurant actually rotates. What a fun dining experience!

Have a fun time Soarin' Around the World!
