Hi! New to sailing on a cruise ship. We are sailing on the Dream Jan 30th w/ 2 girls 7 & 9. (3 weeks!) Was wondering if you could explain the Oceaneer club. Is it scheduled? Is it drop in? Love any more info than what's on web site. Thanks!

    Hi, Crystal!

Congratulations on your upcoming cruise aboard Disney's Dream. You are very blessed to be of the first guests to sail this beautiful ship, and I know your excitement must grow more and more every day!

I'd be happy to answer your questions about the Oceaneer's Club and Oceaneer's Lab.  Both areas are designed for children ages 3-10 with scheduled and unscheduled activities and events. When you go to the Planning Center after you have booked your reservation, you can register your daughters for the Oceaneer's Club and Oceaneer's Lab. However, you'll complete the process once you are onboard on Embarkation Day. At the Open House -- before the ship leaves the port -- is when you'll finalize paperwork and receive your wave phone. Your children can come and go in these clubs without making a specific time reservation.  The only problem you may encounter is trying to get the girls to leave the Oceaneer's Club or Lab!

I hope this clears things up for you! Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
