    I am a new runner with my eye on a Disney run. I saw N.B. is the official shoe and they posted a Mickey Mouse running shoe - motivation right! I heard the only place to get that shoe was at the Marathon Expo and it won't be in stores. Is that true :(

    Congratulations on starting to run.  I think you will find a Disney race to be the perfect place to start your race career!

    You are correct that New Balance has formed a partnership with runDisney.  So far, they have designed a Mickey and MInnie themed shoe.  They had them for sale at the marathon weekend expo and sold out within the first two hours on the first day!  They had no idea it would be such a popular item.

    They are definitely planning to make more, and hopefully sell them other places.  For now, they are working on getting some more made before the Princess Half Marathon weekend next month.  Please check back with me in a month or two to see if I can help you find them!
