Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with an excellent question, Shelley! We are so glad you have decided to stop by to send us a question. We are all counting down the days to
return to the magic, right?
The Walt Disney World Resort is making the safety of Guests and Cast Members a top priority, that is why measures to control Guest density and promote physical distance will be in place. To manage attendance during reopening, the
Disney Park Pass System will be introduced and all Guests with a ticket or Annual Pass will be required to make a reservation in advance for each park entry. In order to enter a park, both a park reservation and tickets for the same park on the same date will be required.
Beginning June 22, Disney Resort hotel and other select hotel Guests who have valid theme park admission can start making reservations.
Other select hotels include Walt Disney World
Dolphin and
Swan Hotels,
Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels,
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort and
select Bonnet Creek Resorts. If you have booked a reservation at any of these hotels or if you are military-affiliated and have a reservation at Shades of Green, I highly recommend contacting the hotel to confirm that you will be able to access the system once it becomes available.
Shelley, please note that in order to access this new system you will need a
My Disney Experience account, valid admission or Annual Pass linked to your account, and be sure that your hotel reservation is also linked! Keep checking the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest news and updates, and please come back to visit us real soon with additional questions!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
