Is the new Planet Hollywood on the 2017 Dinning Plan and is also AMC fork and screen theater on the Dinning Plan

Hello Renee and thank you for bringing such a delicious Disney Dining Plan question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
On your behalf I've done a little research and I can see that unfortunately neither the Fork & Screen at AMC Disney Springs 24 Dine-In Theatres nor the Planet Hollywood Observatory are currently included on the 2017 Disney Dining Plan.
However, things are always subject to change so be sure to keep a keen eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all upcoming Disney news and announcements including updates on new dining experiences like this New Character Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno at Disney's Boardwalk and the Disney Dining Plan.
    Have a great Disney day.
