So, I have good news, Erin. If your
MagicBands from previous trips are active and linked to your
My Disney Experience account, they are good to go. It does not matter whether you log into your account from a computer, tablet, or phone. Be sure your My Disney Experience Mobile App is loaded on your new phone and updated.
To verify your MagicBand status, open the app, click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand corner, and select "MagicBands and More." Select your name and scroll to find locate your band. Make sure it is set to "active." If for any reason you do not find your MagicBand, you can select "Link Your MagicBand or Card" and follow the prompts. If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to give the
