    I got a new phone and downloaded the disneyland app and it doesn't show my tickets. It showed the tickets I'd linked to the app on my old phone

    Hiya Stephen, and welcome to planDisney! It’s great to have you here!

    First off, congratulations on your new phone! It’s always exciting to explore the updated technology since your latest mobile device. However, sometimes technology can also cause us headaches, and I’m sorry to hEAR that you’re experiencing that right now! 

    The first thing I would check is the expiration date on your theme-park tickets. Is there a chance they expired between the time you stopped using your old phone and got your new one? If so, they would have been removed from your Disneyland app. This happened to me, since my family’s Annual Passports recently expired. But, all hope is not lost! Even if your tickets did expire, I’m happy to report that they will retain their value, and can be applied toward a new ticket purchase in the future. 

    If, however, your tickets haven’t expired yet, I recommend trying to link them again on your new phone and newly-downloaded app. On your app, scroll down until you find “My Tickets,” then, in the top right corner, click on the blue “+”. Select the option to “Link Tickets & Passes.” Next, scan the barcode for each ticket that you’d like to link, or enter the ID numbers manually. That should do it! If, however, you’re still having trouble linking your tickets after this, I recommend calling Ticket support at (714) 781-4636, and a Cast Member would be happy to talk you through the next steps to get you back on track!

    Once the parks reopen, keep in mind that reservations will be required. I recommend following the Disney Parks Blog and Disneyland.com for updates about this new reservation system when it becomes available.

    Last but not least, I have an exciting update about the Disneyland app to share with you! The app is about to become an even better handy helper, as all regular operational updates are being moved from @DisneylandToday to the official Disneyland app. The app features important health and safety measures, hours of operation, dining reservations, and all the "know before you go" information you could possibly need!
