    I got my new passholder magic band and it says something about placing your commemorative Magic Sldier on your magic band. I did not get a Magic Slider in the box, what is it? Thank you!

    Hi Barbara:

    Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Congratulations on receiving your Annual Pass MagicBand!  The commemorative slider is a little charm like, soft plastic band that slides onto your MagicBand.  When my Annual Pass came in the mail, I didn't see my slider at first, they are so small that it was stuck under all of the packaging.  If it is not there, I would suggest calling Walt Disney World (for Passholder questions) at (407) 560-7277 and explain to the Cast Member that you are missing your slider and hopefully the problem will be easily resolved.  You could also try stopping by guest relations on your way into one of the Theme Parks and explain the situation.  I have always found the Cast Members to be very helpful, and they will try their best to fix the situation if at all possible.
