Are the new Pandora rides, Avatar passage and Na'vi River Journey, indoor rides?

Kxaltì, Elizabeth! That’s Na’vi for “Hello!” I know you’re so excited to experience Pandora: The World of Avatar for the first time! My experience was unbelievable, I tried to soak up every detail!

Yes, both of these Pandoran attractions are indoors, in order to fully capture the beauty of the offerings. You will stay air conditioned and inspired through both of the rides. The queues, however, do extend outside of the building and then inside the building, with open-air coverings for partial shade as you twist and turn passing through. In my opinion, the queues are almost like rides themselves, so please pay attention to the immense level of detail available throughout. My favorite attention to detail was the Flight of Passage queue. It slowly changes from Navi-made on the outside to ACE laboratory on the inside. Watch the progression; it’s amazing!

After your rides, be sure to check out Windtraders and the Banshee Rookery. The little dragons are available for adoption, and it was the first thing I brought home for my family. Oel ngati kameie, as the Na’vi say, “I See you.” ~ Lindsey P.
