We are from New Orleans, and we have heard that Mardi Gras is good time to visit, especially if it falls early(like this year). Is this true and what kind of discounts ,if any, can we expect? we are planning to go this year, Feb3-10, 2008.

Pleasure Island comes alive..more so than it normally is during Mardi Gras.  There is no charge for the outdoor activities, but there are the beads, the colors, and the Mardi Gras spirit as it sweeps through Pleasure Island.  There are live bands, and entertainers galore...so much to see and do, as there is always when it comes to Walt Disney World Resorts. Have fun!!! Heather M.
