Hiya, Ian! Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like you’re planning your visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth well in advance. That’s a great strategy! It’s one of my top tips for Guests planning their trips to Walt Disney World Resort. You’re giving yourself the best chance at securing the resort and room category that you really want. There’s really no downside to booking early!
As a fellow Canadian, I love taking advantage of Canadian resident savings when they’re available. I like your planning style, Ian! To answer your question, I went ahead and built a mock vacation package with the arrival date you provided. When I built the package,
Memory Maker was included and it did not incur any extra costs. Without knowing which selections you’ve made, I would only be guessing as to why you’re not seeing Memory Maker included in your vacation package. Since you’ve already told me you’ve tried it multiple times, I highly recommend
contacting the Walt Disney World Resort directly. A friendly Cast Member will be more than happy to look into this for you and book your vacation package with the available savings, assuming your chosen options are eligible.
Although we are several months away from having offerings announced for September 2027, if previous years are any indication, September is a great time to visit. The
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival should be well underway by then, and
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is normally held on select nights from August through October. Of course, neither is guaranteed to return in 2027, but they have been mainstays for many years. In my experience, September also tends to be less crowded. I was just at Walt Disney World Resort last week, and it was a great experience!
If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your magical visit, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us here at
planDisney. We’re always happy to help!
Happy planning!
Olivier
