    Any new news on The Star Wars Resort?

    Greetings and salutations Pamela, the force is strong with you in bringing you to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  

    There is exciting news from a galaxy far, far away! During the D23 Expo in Japan last week, the Chairman of Disney Parks and Resorts, Bob Chapek, shared some updates. This one-of-a-kind, fully immersive, luxury resort, will be the talk of the galaxy. Your journey will include an adventure aboard a starship that will come to life with actual characters from Star Wars movies. This resort will also connect to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, currently under construction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and scheduled to open in 2019.

    I have checked with members of the Resistance, and they cannot confirm when the resort will officially open or when you will be able to make reservations at this Deluxe Resort Hotel. You can stay up to date with all things Star Wars on the Disney Parks Blog.
