    With the new "Minnie Vans" how do you go about ordering one and what is the cost per ride? Also what are the hours of operation for the vans?

    Hello Amy! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    After the 2017 D23 Expo, I was thrilled by all of the exciting things to come to Walt Disney World Resort in the future. The biggest surprise for me was that the announcement that the New Minnie Van Service for point-to-point transportation would begin as early as July 2017.

    Starting later this month, Guests at Disney's Boardwalk Resort and Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort will be able to download an app and use their mobile device to arrange their own private Minnie Van to take them where they would like to go on Walt Disney World Resort Property.

    Guests at other Walt Disney World Resort Hotels may have to wait a little longer than July to experience this service.  I recommend that you keep checking the Disney Parks Blog for more information as the release of this new service is happening quickly and more information seems to be released daily. 

    From friends that I have spoken to that have experienced a "soft opening"(trial run) of the Minnie Van Service, the cost has been $20 per trip(one-way) and the driver mentioned the operating hours were from 6:30am to 12:30am. Please note however, that the purpose of a "soft opening" is to try things out and the cost and operating hours are subject to change at any time.
