I am sorry to know that you are experiencing some issues with your
MagicBand+. It does seem like you've tried all of the quick fixes to no avail. The best solution at this point is going to be to reach out to a Cast Member on the MagicBand Support Team. You can reach them by
calling (407) 939-4357 anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. each day. They will be able to give you the best advice on how to fix the issue that you are having.
Destiny, once it all is worked out I think you are going to love your new MagicBand+. I recently just returned from a trip to Walt Disney World where my daughter and I used our new bands and it was a lot of fun. There's quite a bit of new technology that went into these and you can tell! Probably my favorite thing was the interactive statues throughout the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. I hope you'll love them too!
