Bryan from WA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

new ID veteran/military cards that are different than the last ones. they also no longer have DAVPRM on it but rather say 100% Disabled American veteran, and then In expiration it says INDEF. will these be excepted anytime soon?

    Hello there, Bryan!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for sending us your question. It sounds like you might have a magical Disneyland Resort vacation in the works!

I don’t have firsthand experience with military identification cards, but I do know about the Disabled Veteran Permanent (DAVPRM) code used by Disney to prove eligibility for specially-priced theme park tickets and hotel accommodations in the past. Although the Next Generation Uniformed Services ID card may look different from the previous version due to a new design, it functions the same way and doesn't change who is eligible to receive the current card and the privileges they’re entitled to. This card is still an acceptable form of identification to prove your eligibility for special offers and discounts available to members of the military.

I hope this answers your question, Bryan, and that your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is pixie-dusted to perfection! Please come to planDisney again and ask us any other questions you have.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
