With the new genie + system that you pay $15.00 a day for at WDW, will there always be ride availability for every ride all day long or will they run out of “passes” at some point during the day.

    Hi Kelly,

Welcome to planDisney! I see that you are planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

Clearly, you have been doing some great research on Disney Genie service. Attractions will be subject to limited availability, so plan accordingly. I would suggest making selections for your favorite attractions first. Since our girls are the same age, they are usually on the same page with what to ride first. If you are traveling with folks in different age groups and/or with different favorites, it might take some maneuvering for you to decide on which attractions to attempt first.

As you plan, remember to have your vacation package linked in your My Disney Experience account so that you can make Disney Park Pass system reservations. You will need a theme park reservation for each day that you plan to visit the parks. Be sure to familiarize yourself with other digital tools that will help make your visit a little easier. We love using Mobile Dine Check-In, Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, Mobile Dine Walk-Up Availability, and Disney MagicMobile service. We just returned from a quick visit and I appreciated being able to use Mobile Dine Check-In to check-in for all of our advanced dining reservations. We would check-in while walking to the restaurant and our table was usually ready by the time we arrived at the entrance!

Kelly, I trust that your planning skills will continue to serve you well! Don't forget your advanced dining reservation window, currently 60-days prior to arrival. Happy planning!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
