Hello new and existing moms panel members!! My family and I are staying at Kidani Village in June. My daughters are very into watching the animals in the natural environment so, do they have special night vision goggle to see the animals at night? Thanks!

Hi Jessica! Thanks for the warm welcome and for directing your inquiry to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel. Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of my family's favorite resorts in all of Walt Disney World. Recreation activities at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge include Night Vision viewing of animals featuring special night vision goggles. This activity takes place each night, weather permitting, from 9 to 11 p.m. Cast Members lead guests from behind the Jambo House Pool to the savannah to view the animals. Looking through night vision goggles is just like you see in the movies, where everything looks green! Your daughters might also enjoy other Animal Programs offerings at Disney's Animal Kingdom Kidani Village and Disney's Animal Kingdom Jambo House. These activities include Flamingo Feeding, Animal Tracking, Campfire Storytelling, African Arts and Crafts, Wildlife Games, and Cultural Safaris. Animal Programs are subject to change so be sure to check with the lobby at Disney's Animal Kingdom Kidani Village for a complete list of programs being offered during your visit. Wishing you and your family an enjoyable and memorable vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort!
