    We are new DVC members and just used our membership for the first time for a trip in March. We are going back for a 10 day vacation in July. Will we use the same Magic Bands from the March trip in July or do I need to get new ones?

    Hi Lisa,

    Let me be one of the first to say "Welcome Home!" to Disney Vacation Club membership.  You have many years of wonderful vacation memories ahead of you!

    I spoke with a cast member at Disney Vacation Club about MyMagic+.  She said that yes, you should be able to use your same MagicBands from your March vacation when you return in July.  However, if you are offered the option to get a new set of MagicBands, I suggest that you go ahead and do so.  You can start collecting all of the colors!  We do not know how Disney will eventually decide to manage distribution MagicBands, so if you have the option to get another set, pick your next favorite color and enjoy!
