Hi Haley! A warm welcome to planDisney.
Thank you for sending us your pixie-dusted question about
Walt Disney World Resort theme park rules. As a mom of two Mouseketeers, I know how important strollers are during a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. In fact, I never travel without one!
Haley, all strollers must be 31” (79cm) wide and 52” (132cm) long or smaller to enter the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. I have found that the majority of double strollers on the market, including larger jogging strollers, fit within these guidelines. If you have any doubts, there are size check areas outside of every Walt Disney World Resort theme park. You can find these size check areas on the floor. They are clearly marked with a message that reads "Check your stroller size here" and measure exactly 31” wide and 52” long. All four wheels of your stroller must fit within this box to enter the theme parks.
I think using a stroller in the airport is a great idea, Haley. If your stroller is too big for the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, you can always rent one on property or through one of the Disney Featured Providers. Please visit the
Walt Disney World Resort stroller rental page for more information.
Quick Tip: The
Planning Guide for Preschool Kids & Little Ones is one of my favorite resources when planning a Walt Disney World visit with my princesses. I hope you think it’s a great planning resource as well!
