Hi Rebecca:
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for sending us your question. I am truly sorry you were not aware of the 180 day Advanced Dining Reservation opportunity, but do not worry, you may still have a chance to score a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table. I have been lucky enough to find some popular reservations as the date draws near, and I do have some suggestions that may help.
First of all, keep trying. As vacations approach, guests will review their plans and cancel reservations that may not fit in their schedules, to avoid the cancelation fees. I would check daily, and call as well. It does happen. To speak to a Cast Member regarding Advanced Dining Reservations, please call (407) 939-1947. If you do not have a reservation when you arrive, head to the concierge desk at your Walt Disney World Resort. The Cast Members may be able to help as well. Finally, if they are not successful, as soon as you arrive in Magic Kingdom Park, go to Cinderella's Royal Table and ask if there is any availability for the day. Be flexible with your dining times and you may secure a reservation.
I would also also recommend trying to reserve a table for either
Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall or
Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner at 1900 Park Fare. Both of these locations offer princess dining, which are similar to Cinderella's Royal Table.
I hope you have a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort Rebecca. Please let me know if you have any other questions, I would be happy to help.
Stephanie
