Hi. I am new to Disney and planning our first trip with my daughter. We are staying at Pop Century and I am trying to plan our days to see when we should get Fastpasses for. First question is: how option are buses to Disney Springs? Thanks

    Hi Natalie,

Pop Century has long been my family's favorite value resort, and it's a great place to stay on your first-ever Walt Disney World vacation. The theming is great, and though the resort is relatively large, it's very manageable with all the top amenities, such as the Everything Pop food court, the Hippy Dippy Pool and the Fast Forward Arcade, located in the center of the resort.

You will be able to catch a bus to each of the four theme parks and Disney Springs from the station in front of Classic Hall. Pop Century does not share buses with other resorts, so as soon as you board, you'll be on your way to the entrance of your destination. Buses to all destinations run about every 20 minutes. The trip from Pop Century to Disney Springs takes about 15 minutes.

One note, Natalie: Pop Century is under renovation, with rooms throughout the resort eventually getting a new look. The '90s area is the first with the new room decor and arrangement. Friends who have stayed there are raving about the new look. The '90s are farthest from Classic Hall, but if you are interested in a renovated room, you can request that area when you do online check-in. Please remember that requests are just that, and though they do their best to oblige, there is no guarantee.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let us know if we can help in any other way as you plan your vacation. Enjoy!

    Thanks for
