Hello, I am new to Disney Passes and I made a dining reservation on line. I received a confirmation e-mail. Now I have had to cancel it, but I did not receive an email that it has been cancelled. I have tried to call but very long hold times.

    Hi Theresa! Welcome to planDisney!

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday week! I'm sure you are extra thankful as you prepare for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation to begin in just three days. You will be surrounded by gorgeous holiday decorations and celebrations before you know it!

The easiest way to make sure that your dining reservation was canceled is with your My Disney Experience account. You can check on the main Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience mobile app. On the website, go to "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. When you scroll down, you'll see your entire vacation itinerary. Simply scroll to the date that your reservation was on and if it is not there, you are good to go!

On the My Disney Experience mobile app, touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then select "Future Plans" on the next screen. Just like on the website, all your upcoming vacation reservations should appear. Scroll through and make sure your dining reservation is no longer there.

I hope this helps, Theresa! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
