    The new 2013 Disney dining plan booklet online has changed. Most restaurants have gone from that list compared to the 2012 dining plan. We have already booked reservations at some of those omitted restaurants for Apr 13 will we now have to pay?

    Hi, Raymond!

    Do not panic just yet!  Many restaurants are not confirmed for 2013 at this point, but I am guessing you will see many hop on the plan toward the end of the year.   Each year I always worry that my favorite restaurants will not be on the plan, but by the start of the new calendar year, they show up!  Keep checking the list.

    That said, if restaurants you booked for some reason are NOT included in the plan for 2013, you have a few options.  You can pay out of pocket, or simply cancel and book a new location that is participating.  But do not do this yet - I would hold out to see the final list on January 1, 2013!
