With the new Disney Dining Plan for 2024, will we still be able to combine two quick service meals in exchange for a table service meal?

Hiya Ashton and welcome to planDisney. Thank you for asking this delicious Disney Dining Plan question. I know many people, including me want to know the answer.

As of now, Quick-Service Dining Plan meals may not be combined to be used for a Table Service meal. This has been a long-standing policy dating back over a decade. I know people have been able to do this in the past because some Cast members allowed it. After January 9, 2024, the Disney Dining Plans available will be:

    1. Disney Quick Service Dining Plan - per every night of stay each Guest receives 2 Quick-Service meals, 1 Snack or Nonalcoholic beverage, and 1 Resort-Refillable mug
    2. Disney Dining Plan - per every night of stay each Guest receives 1 Quick-Service meal, 1 Table-Service meal, 1 Snack or Nonalcoholic beverage, and 1 Resort-Refillable mug
There are more details provided and examples on how to use each of the Disney Dining Plans on the website. As a bit of advice, when we purchased the dining plans we would always end up with snack credits at the end of the journey. We would load up on Mickey Rice Krispie treats or cookies from Minnie's Bake Shop and take those bits of magic home to enjoy later.

planDisney Pro Tip: There are breakfast items that count as a snack at every resort. You may be able to cobble a "quick-service style" meal together without having to use any meal credits.

Ashton, please write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions as you continue to plan your next Disney adventure.

Enjoy making many delicious and Magical Memories.
