With the new DDP allowing an alcoholic beverage could you use those entitlements to get alcoholic beverages at Food and Wine when using a QS meal instead of a snack credit? I understand you have to use 3 to complete the transaction in 1 kiosk.

Hi Jamie and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love to see a fellow North Carolinian stopping by!

When my friends ask me to name my favorite restaurant at Walt Disney World Resort, my reply is always the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. I love browsing the Global Marketplaces and sampling favorites or trying new foods.

I spoke to a few Cast Members about your question. Quick Service Meal Credits are not accepted at the Global Marketplaces. However, you can trade a Quick Service Meal Credit for Three Snack Credits within the same transaction at a Global Marketplace. Once you have made that trade, you are using Snack Credits instead of a Quick Service Meal Credit so the beverage is no longer included. You can use one of the three Snack Credits to purchase a non-alcoholic beverage like a bottled water or a soda.

Jamie, thank you for visiting us again with your question! I hope you'll let us know if we can help you with any other questions!
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
