Hey there, hi there! Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney, Kayla! First of all, congratulations on your baby! I'm so excited to hear that your little one is about to get their first trip to The Happiest Place on Earth.
Do not worry about reservations for your newborn. Reservations are only required for ages 3+ who require a ticket for admission into Disneyland Resort parks. That means you are all set to enjoy your day in the parks!
As a mom of three, I know newborns can be demanding between all the needed diaper changes and breaks to fill up their hungry tummies. I want to make sure you know about the
Baby Care Centers. In Disneyland Resort, it is located as you head to the end of Main Street, U.S.A. towards Sleeping Beauty Castle. You will find it on the right next to Plaza Point and First Aid. In Disney California Adventure Park, the Baby Care Center is located on the side of Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop. These spaces are a great resource for families with little ones with a more spacious place to change diapers, make bottles, or have a quiet space to breastfeed.
One of my favorite things about each of my children's first visits was when we got to commemorate. it with their very own pair of Mickey Ears personalized with their name. There are a few locations between the two parks, but my favorite is
Mad Hatter in Fantasyland.
Kayla, I hope this is just the first of many MAGICAL trips with your new little one at Disneyland Resort. You've got a friend here at planDisney and we would be happy to answer any other questions you have.
