Are there any new booths this year at Food and Wine Fest?

    Hey Jill,

I cannot wait to attend this Fall's Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Debuting this year, you'll find a Scotland booth and the return of the Brazil booth from 2011. Expected to hit the Scotland menus are items like Scottish salmon with cauliflower puree, watercress, malt vinaigrette with baby root vegetables and Scotch eggs dipped in mustard sauce. The dessert offering sounds absolutely mouth watering ... a Scottish banoffee tart made of banana, toffee and Glenfiddich whiskey cream ... oh my!

Brazil will offer crispy pork belly and a seared scallop with hearts of palm and tomato stew. Have I officially tempted your taste buds?

Send me any other questions about the Food & Wine Festival, Jill, as I have been studying up on what's bound to be a savory trip through Epcot's World Showcase.

    Happy planning!
